All prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT.
Any shipping costs are indicated before the completion of the order.

All products sold by MATTIOLI BRAND S.r.l. are covered by the legal warranty of conformity for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery, pursuant to articles 128 and following of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

The legal warranty covers any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the product, such as:

• manufacturing defects
• material defects
• non-conformity with the product description

The legal warranty does not cover:

• damage resulting from improper use of the product
• normal wear and tear of the jewelry
• accidental damage
• repair work carried out by unauthorized parties
• modifications or customizations requested by the customer

The contract is governed by Italian law.
For disputes, the consumer’s place of jurisdiction shall apply.
